We were in the queen room with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron. It was in the central location on the beach.

The location is in a stunning and incredible spot perfect close enough to everything. Moreover, it is near to food / coffee places in Newquay, and the live music venue.

We stayed in the double room, it was fully-equipped. The hotel's position was absolutely perfect and wonderful, to everything you could need in Newquay.

The hosts were welcoming and friendly, offering great advice about local dining options and surf. The breakfast was the best I've ever had at a B&B, with delicious cooked-to-order options, especially the avocado on toast. The rooms had a great vibe and attention to detail, and the sea views were stunning. The location was perfect, with just a short walk to town and easy access to the local beaches. a great find for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

One major issue was the parking situation. Despite reserving a parking space, it was never available throughout our stay, resulting in us having to pay for parking in a nearby car park.

Property was stylish, with helpful staff and wonderful location close enough to everything. Spacious bed, nicely decorated and beautifully designed rooms. Savoury breakfast with lots of meals. Simply no complaints whatsoever, real good stay.

All in all everything was great, had a fantastic stay for a quick visit. Double room we stayed at was immaculate with a view. The staff was affable and outstandingly accommodating, as well as host.

The location was great and fantastic in a very quite area, near to town centre, and the beaches, shops, restaurants, in the main heart of Newquay. We were met by superbly friendly, really kind personnel.
